The Hotel am Dom is a small, quiet hotel with 30 rooms, run as a family owned business since 1977.
Located in the centre of Frankfurt, very close to the Dom Saint Bartholomew, a big Catholic cathedral, it is an ideal starting point for visits to the historical part of the town, such as the Roemer or the numerous museums along the Main river bank. The area right around the hotel is where most of Frankfurts art galleries and antique stores are.
A subway-station as well as a parking garage are only 70 meters away. The Zeil, Frankfurts famous shopping mile can be reached on foot in two minutes. Also within near walking distance is the old opera house and the Fressgass (one of the walking streets known for its various good restaurants).
The hotel is a very popular accomodation for artists of the Frankfurt Opera.
